Responsibilities

• Works with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.
• Monitors patients’ progress based on the care plan and checks if they are ready for discharge.
• Supports the nursing team in resolving clinical or operational issues, and escalates to the superior when needed.
• Checks infection control practices, ensures compliance, and identifies areas for improvement.
• Reviews the performance of new nurses and nursing students and provides feedback to the relevant personnel.
