Job summary

The role requires registration with the Singapore Nursing Board, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and at least five years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, setup and day-to-day operations of services within your scope.
• Ensure appropriate nursing manpower planning to support safe and effective care delivery.
• Develop, implement and uphold nursing clinical standards and best practices.
• Streamline care delivery processes to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency.
• Track clinical performance and care outcomes through audits, data and feedback.
• Identify gaps and implement targeted improvements to enhance quality of care.
• Design and implement training, competency development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence within the nursing team.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.
