SMRT Corporation Ltd in Singapore seeks a Manager for NSM System responsible for maintenance and asset management across Building & Facilities and Permanent Way. The role focuses on MTBF/MTTR targets, life-cycle planning, and ensuring compliance with maintenance programs.

You will drive integrated induction and retirement programs, supply chain planning, contract negotiations, outsourcing options, and budget control, partnering with SMRT stakeholders and OEMs to deliver reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree with 5 - 8 years of prior relevant experience in maintenance environment.
• Operational experience in 1st line (e.g., Organisational/frontline) and 2nd line (e.g., Intermediate/workshop) maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Integrated Induction & Retirement Programs: ensure seamless renewal through integrated induction/retirement plans.
• Supply Chain Management: oversee resource planning and obsolescence strategies for NSM system.
• Projects/Acquisition Programs: develop Integrated Product Support Plans for NSM projects.
• Contract Negotiation & Management: participate in major contract negotiations (PBL/LTSS).
• Outsourcing Programs: explore cost-effective outsourcing options and advise MMRC.
