Job summary

SMRT Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment across facilities. You will develop multi-year Forward Maintenance Plans and ensure delivery within time and budget while maintaining cost-effective operations.

The role focuses on driving energy efficiency, managing contractor performance, and coordinating safety compliance and regulatory documentation. Night work may be required based on project needs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Identify and implement opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor contractors' performance to ensure quality and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, defects rectification, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and lifecycle cost analyses for maintenance plans and operations.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and maintain fire safety systems.
• Liaise with external vendors, customers, and authorities to support smooth operations.
• Plan and schedule routine and ad hoc maintenance and cleaning activities with internal and external parties.
