Job summary

RK Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan and manage projects for complete assembled products from design to mass production, including timelines, resources, and production readiness. This role is based at Serangoon North, Singapore.

You will lead NPI and product transfer activities, work with cross-functional teams, and support ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and production issue resolution, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics Engineering with 3–5 years' experience in PCBA/EMS/electronics manufacturing.
ISO 13485 / FDA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage projects for complete assembled products, including timelines, resources, and production readiness.
Lead NPI and product transfer activities from development through mass production.
Support product engineering activities such as ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and production issue resolution.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, including FAA, quality plans, and manufacturing records.
