Job summary

Singapore Precision Welding Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent project coordinator to track schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.

You will support NPI projects from prototype builds through production release and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, taking meeting minutes, scheduling review meetings, supporting manufacturing readiness

Responsibilities

• Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and key deliverables.
• Support NPI projects from prototype builds through production release.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Follow up on project actions and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Schedule and coordinate project review meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities.
• Assist with BOM validation, ERP setup, and engineering change implementation.
• Analyze data and compile reports for management review, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digitalization in operational environments is an added advantage.
