Job summary

StaffKing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering support for our manufacturing operations and to drive NPI, process improvement and readiness activities.

You will help manage product transfers, engineering changes and process optimisation while ensuring strong collaboration with Production, Quality, Product Engineering and Supply Chain teams. The role requires 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in semiconductor or electronics, with solid skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, automation or equipment manufacturing.
• Experience in production support, process improvement, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with NPI, engineering change implementation, process validation and manufacturing documentation.
• Preferred skills include Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, ERP/MRP or MES.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting process and production issues to minimise downtime.
• Drive NPI, process improvement and manufacturing readiness, including product transfers, engineering changes and process optimisation.
• Analyse production issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements to quality, yield, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documents including work instructions, SOPs, process flows and technical reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Product Engineering and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
