Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore North is seeking an engineer to provide day-to-day manufacturing support for integrated hardware and software solutions in the semicon/electronics sector, focusing on minimizing downtime and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations, resolving process, product, and production-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality, yield, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, cycle time reduction, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities.
• Support engineering change implementation, new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
