Job summary

SILICON BOX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Engineer, Product Development to drive new product development and transfer processes into production, aligning with customer requirements and internal roadmaps.

You will lead material, process and machine development, troubleshoot issues, establish specs and support audits, liaising with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure yield, quality, and timely NPIs.

Qualifications

• Must-have DOE, FMEA and 8D experience for root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Experience in process engineering and process control to improve yield and performance.
• Knowledge of Wafer-level Fanout packaging, LCD/FPD production lines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• New product development per customer requests and internal roadmap; transfer into production.
• Develop and qualify new materials, processes and machines; ensure transfer to production line.
• Troubleshoot process issues, improve yield, cycle time from NPI to production.
• Establish, review and update specifications, workflows, and safety documentation for new products.
