Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a manufacturing engineer to lead NPI activities at the plant and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ for successful product introductions, including packaging.

The role involves modifying BOM structures for assembly, overseeing SFC/SAP maintenance, understanding the assembly process, and contributing to rack packaging design. You will participate in Kaizen, support mass production, and engage in ISO audits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading new product introductions in a plant environment.
• Familiarity with SAP/SFC maintenance and BOM management for assembly processes.
• Knowledge of Kaizen and ISO audit processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive all NPI activities within the plant.
• Coordinate product introductions with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory, including packaging.
• Modify and maintain BOM structures for assembly processes.
• Oversee SFC (Shop Floor Control) systems and SAP maintenance.
• Understand assembly processes and contribute to rack packaging design.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen activities.
• Support production during mass runs.
• Participate in ISO audits (internal and external).
