Job summary

National Library Board (NLB) invites applications for an Account Manager to lead the Nodes innovation pilot from planning to deployment and manage collaborations with external partners. You will shape project plans, coordinate content curation, IT needs, and design themes that fit partner identities.

You will research potential partners, develop proposals, and visualize Nodes to engage stakeholders and drive timely deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience preferred in data analytics and project management.
• Ability to interpret user needs and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience planning and delivering complex pilots and reports.

Responsibilities

• Project manage Nodes pilot from planning to deployment and operations.
• Develop project plans, coordinate with content, IT infrastructure and partners.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, insights and disclosure to decision-makers.
• Create dashboards and narratives to aid partner decisions on deployment.
