Job summary

The National Library Board (NLB) invites an Account Manager to lead the Nodes initiative at Geylang East Public Library. You will present and sell the Nodes concept to partners and coordinate across divisions from planning to implementation.

You will develop project plans, liaise with partners, conduct horizon scanning, create compelling visuals, and report progress to decision-makers. The role is a project contract through 30 December 2027.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret user needs and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis methods and research.
• Experience in data analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to process information from varied sources.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell the Nodes concept to prospective partners.
• Develop cross-divisional project management plans with stakeholders.
• Conduct horizon scanning to generate innovative partner proposals.
• Create visualisations of Nodes and narratives to support decisions.
• Plan monthly progress reports, insights, and challenges for decision makers.
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders.
