Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified network professional to plan and maintain production networks and internet peering strategies. You will manage networking technologies for content delivery networks, traffic monitoring, and peering capacity while troubleshooting across multi-vendor servers.

Responsibilities include coordinating with TAC vendors, responding to ISP inquiries, creating MOPs, and delivering weekly network performance updates.

Qualifications

  • Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Sound judgment in line with established processes and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of network and peering traffic.
  • Ability to prepare Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for network or server outages.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with service providers, colocation sites, and ISPs globally.
  • Proficient in Layer 1 troubleshooting.
  • Experience operating in multi-vendor network environments.

  • Create and distribute technical and procedural Method of Procedure (MOP) documents to relevant team leads.
  • Support troubleshooting of network and traffic peering issues Layer 1.
  • Analyze data trends and provide reports as needed.
  • Attend regular meetings and deliver weekly presentations on network performance and escalation handling.
  • Collaborate with ISPs and vendors to resolve network issues.
  • Work alongside regional and cross-regional team leads.
  • Participate in 24/7 global support rotations, including potential weekend shifts.
