Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Operations & Project Coordinator to support data centre network operations while driving project execution and coordination.

You will own end-to-end project lifecycle, monitor infrastructure, analyze data, generate reports in Excel, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Data Centre Network Operations, Monitoring, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Familiarity with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Excel for data mapping, reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to completion and follow-up.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor data centre network operations and infrastructure activities.
• Proactively identify issues, assess risks, and implement practical solutions to maintain progress.
• Analyze supply and demand data to support forecasting, resource planning, and operational decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
• Track action items and follow through to ensure accountability and completion of deliverables.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Required skills/experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Data Centre Network Operations, Monitoring, or Infrastructure Support.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and related networking concepts.
• Familiarity with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data mapping, reporting, and dashboard creation.
