Job summary

Educare Human Capital is seeking a proactive Warehouse Shift Supervisor in Singapore to lead the operations team during the night shift from 8pm to 8am, Monday to Friday, at Pioneer, with shuttle bus access.

You will oversee inbound/outbound processes, manage WMS and SAP, ensure safety and 5S, monitor KPIs, and report shift-end results. The role requires 2–3 years in warehousing and prior supervision, with strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Supervisory or lead-worker experience preferred.
• Proficiency in WMS or SAP and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotating/night shifts and overtime.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving goods; adherence to safety/5S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during the shift.
• Oversee inbound Receiving, sorting, storage, put-away and outbound picking/packing.
• Monitor inventory movements and transact in WMS/SAP.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries with shipment updates.
• Track productivity and prepare shift-end handovers.
• Enforce safety, 5S and SOP adherence; drive continuous improvement.
