Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking a Shift Process Engineer to manage daily line operations for photolithography tools and troubleshoot out-of-control situations. You will decide lot disposition and perform engineering tasks with minimal supervision on a rotating day/night shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Photolithography processes is preferred.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork, communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiar with daily operations; prior shift-work is an advantage.
• Able to engage with equipment counterparts to drive tool/process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team, managing daily line operations across photolithography tools.
• Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide lot disposition per SOPs.
• Execute engineering tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
• Work on a shift pattern, rotating every 2 weeks day/night.
• Collaborate across functions to meet key performance indices.
• Support training of operators through documentation and training materials.
• Provide training to improve skills of APE/PT and line operators.
