Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a production/quality-focused professional to monitor critical process and product parameters, review data, and initiate preventive actions.

You will work with Engineering and Production to address abnormalities, maintain safety and cleanroom records, and ensure compliance with procedures. Candidates should have a Diploma and at least 2 years experience in manufacturing, with night shift availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, process or quality, within a semiconductor or cleanroom environment.
• Must be willing and able to work a 12-hour permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical process and product parameters to maintain quality and production yield.
• Review process and yield data to identify abnormal trends, defects or production losses, and initiate timely preventive actions.
• Assess product results and support material disposition according to established procedures.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production and other teams to address process abnormalities and maintain smooth operations.
• Follow safety, quality and cleanroom procedures while maintaining accurate production records.
