Job summary

Qualifications

• Operates and sets up machinery in a meat production line.
• Adheres to food safety parameters and SOPs.
• Maintains personal and workstation hygiene in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workstations at the start of shift.
• Check production parameters and ingredient quantities.
• Operate equipment and machinery on food production lines.
• Monitor processing equipment for faults or escalations.
• Fill CCP forms and records for production processes.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
