Job summary

Superform Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Tampines site. The role requires managing a team of line leaders and operators, driving daily production targets, and upholding safety and quality standards.

The position involves 12-hour night shifts (8 pm–8 am) and coordinating with multiple departments on enhancements. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science/Production/IT, with preferred experience in a high-tech, high-volume manufacturing

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science/Production/IT.
Preferably experienced in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily output, quality and yield.
Conduct daily pass-down meetings and elevate line issues.
Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are followed.
Provide training to leaders and operators to improve performance.
Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors.
Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line.
Coordinate with other departments on projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance.
