Job summary

Superform Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Tampines site. The role requires managing a team of line leaders and operators, driving daily production targets, and upholding safety and quality standards.

The position involves 12-hour night shifts (8 pm–8 am) and coordinating with multiple departments on enhancements. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science/Production/IT, with preferred experience in a high-tech, high-volume manufacturing

• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily output, quality and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and elevate line issues.
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are followed.
• Provide training to leaders and operators to improve performance.
• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors.
• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line.
• Coordinate with other departments on projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance.

Working Hours : 8 pm-8 am

Basic Salary start from $3,800 to $5,500

Shift Allowance: Night Shift $30
