HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator Lead to supervise a team and meet daily manufacturing targets.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule, a 4-day work week with Sundays off, and structured hours from the start of training. During the first 3 months, you will be onboarded with a defined training plan while Day/Night shifts are rotated post-training. The position emphasizes leadership, quality control, and continuous improvement within a tech

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Lead / Supervisor experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or assembly environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily manufacturing targets.
• Ensure products are assembled according to quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor production schedules, output, and productivity levels.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.
• Prepare production reports and communicate updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
