Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Ltd is seeking an seasoned EHS Coordinator to support safety, environmental compliance and risk control across night-shift projects. You will perform site inspections, ensure EHS requirements are met, maintain documentation and promote a strong safety culture among night crews.

Ideal candidate holds a Diploma or WSH Level B, with at least 2 years in construction EHS, familiar with MOM/NEA standards, and able to lead inspections and audits on site.

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) and a Diploma are required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of EHS/WSH construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and environmental requirements.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, underground utilities or road construction projects is advantageous.
• Familiar with PTW, Risk Assessment, SWP and site EHS inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct night-site inspections and monitor construction activities for hazards.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, client and project EHS requirements.
• Prepare EHS documentation, risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Assist in EHS audits and close out corrective actions.
• Promote safety culture and provide guidance to supervisors and workers at night.
