Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited seeks an experienced EHS Coordinator to support workplace safety, environmental compliance and risk control across night construction projects in Singapore. You will conduct night-site inspections, monitor high-risk activities, ensure adherence to EHS requirements, and maintain project documentation while promoting a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include PTW verification, risk assessments, SWP, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) and a Diploma; engineering background is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of EHS/WSH experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Familiar with PTW, Risk Assessment, SWP and site EHS inspections.
• Willing to work permanent night shift 8:00 PM–5:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular night site inspections and monitor construction activities for hazards and environmental impacts.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, client and project EHS requirements and procedures.
• Implement HSE policies and related management systems.
• Monitor high-risk activities (excavation, trenching, road works, heavy lifting, work at height, confined space, hot works).
• Prepare EHS inspection/audit reports and maintain EHS records.
• Support internal/external EHS audits and incident investigations.
