Job summary

Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to drive workplace safety and environmental compliance across our civil projects in Singapore. The role focuses on site inspections, PTW verification, and ensuring adherence to MOM and client EHS requirements.

You will maintain EHS documentation, coordinate risk assessments, and lead safety inductions, toolbox talks and audits.

Qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) is required.
• Diploma or higher preferred, engineering background is an advantage.
• Proven ability to apply safety regulations and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor construction activities for hazards.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, client and project EHS requirements.
• Prepare EHS reports, maintain documentation and action trackers.
• Lead toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings for workers and subcontractors.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis as needed.
• Monitor risk controls for underground utilities and road works.
