RB ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead night shift site operations for underground utilities and road works in Singapore.

The candidate will plan night works, review MOS/RA/TMP, supervise excavation and reinstatement, and maintain quality and records across site activities while coordinating with project

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2–5 years of underground utility or road works experience.
Experience managing night shift construction.
Familiar with Singapore authority requirements (LTA, PUB, SP Group, NEA).
Able to read construction drawings and utility plans.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise night shift underground utility works.
Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and utility agencies.
Review drawings, MOS, RA, PTW, and TMP.
Ensure site readiness and traffic management compliance.
Supervise excavation, trenching, and reinstatement.
Enforce HSE and liaise with authorities as required.
Prepare daily night shift reports and handover docs.
Coordinate permits and liaise with authorities.
