Job summary

IC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a Resident Engineer to lead underground MRT station works in Singapore. You will supervise civil and structural activities on site in line with drawings, specifications and authority requirements.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing submissions, and maintaining records while reporting progress, quality and safety. You will manage a team of RTOs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with JAC QSS accreditation.
• Minimum 4 years as Civil Engineer.
• At least 2 years supervising LTA civil infrastructure works.
• Strong geotechnical and deep excavation experience.
• Familiar with Singapore codes, standards and authority requirements.
• Proven coordination, supervision and site management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Resident Engineer for underground MRT station
• Supervise civil and structural works on site per drawings and specs
• Keep daily site records and prepare reports
• Monitor progress, quality control and safety compliance
• Review contractor submissions, method statements and shop drawings
• Conduct site inspections and attend stakeholder meetings
• Prepare site reports and progress updates
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and environmental requirements
• Manage a team of RTOs
• Work at least 44 hours per week
