Job summary

GeoAlliance Consultants Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Resident Engineer to supervise underground building works and civil infrastructure on site across MRT/tunneling projects in Singapore. You will review drawings, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and codes.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, independence, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to coordinate with SREs and QP(S) on safety, environment, and quality matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Civil Engineering Diploma in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an established institution and/or shall be engineer in civil/structure discipline with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
• Experience on LTA MRT underground tunneling projects is preferred
• Singapore Building Regulations knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise underground/viaduct construction as RE on site
• Carry out independent design checks for temporary falsework and formwork
• Keep quality records of all works and monitor progress
• Review and comment on contractor submissions and drawings
• Supervise safety, environmental and health matters on site
• Station full-time on site to support SRE and QP(S) with projects
