Job summary
BD Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to provide technical expertise in machine enhancement, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and production quality. You will be accountable for waste and tool operations, and commit to the day shift 7am–7pm (Shift Pattern 3/4/4/3).

Qualifications
- Interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and pneumatic components.
- Work with PLCs and vision systems in manufacturing.
- Understand sensors and switches used on assembly lines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain machines to hit production output targets and quality metrics.
- Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning and part replacement.
- Troubleshoot machine issues to meet production goals safely.
- Lead machine enhancement projects to improve processes.
- Write clear Standard Work Instructions for operations.
- Implement corrective actions and train new technicians.
- Assist engineers in continuous improvement activities.
- Interpret wiring diagrams to support maintenance and control systems.
