Job summary
Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a maintenance technician for a well-established electronic manufacturer in Marsiling, Singapore. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair factory automation equipment to minimise downtime, with a 12-hour shift schedule.
The package includes a basic salary plus attendance allowance, shift allowances, yearly increment, and medical coverage. Training will be provided for all levels of experience.
Qualifications
- ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Experience in automation or manufacturing is an advantage.
- No experience required; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of factory automation and peripheral equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, equipment verification and validation according to schedules.
- Support equipment upgrades, process improvement and continual improvement projects.
- Monitor equipment performance and collect data to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot equipment and machine issues with production technicians.
- Provide basic operation and troubleshooting training to production staff.
