Job summary
Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for an Automation/Technical Specialist role in Singapore. The position focuses on maintenance and repair of factory automation and peripheral equipment to reduce downtime.
You will support process improvement projects, execute preventive maintenance, and provide training to production technicians on basic operation and troubleshooting, ensuring GMP adherence.
Qualifications
- NTC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial/Plastic technology or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years relevant working experience in Factory Automation, Machine repairs and maintenance.
- Good team player with positive working attitude.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the equipment maintenance for the entire plant automation and control systems to minimize disruption to production.
- Adhere to the standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance as per maintenance program for the automation and other peripheral systems.
- Monitor and collect data from equipment for performance improvement.
- Participate in quality meeting on equipment and machine related issues.
- To update maintenance report form, spare part usage record and tracking.
- Participate in the Continual Process Improvement Team.
- To work with production technician and provide guidance when necessary.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed by the Company or manager/supervisor
