Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a personable Beauty Advisor to represent a French niche fragrance house at ION Orchard.

You will help customers discover signature scents, provide personalised consultations, and share notes and stories to drive sales. The role offers a basic salary of SGD 2,600–2,800 per month with gross earnings up to SGD 3,600 monthly with incentives, a 5-day 44-hour week, and fixed off-days on Monday and Tuesday.

Qualifications

Fragrance retail experience is advantageous.
Experience in niche perfumes, luxury beauty or premium retail is a strong advantage.
Passionate about fragrances and customer engagement.
Well-presented, personable and confident.
Strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.
Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand and introduce customers to its unique fragrance collections.
Provide personalised fragrance consultations and recommendations.
Share fragrance notes, scent profiles and product stories with customers.
Drive sales and achieve individual and brand targets.
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain product displays, stock levels and counter presentation.
Uphold premium service standards within Sephora.
