Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a personable Beauty Advisor to represent a French niche fragrance house at ION Orchard in Singapore. You will guide customers to discover their signature scent, provide personalised consultations, and share fragrance stories to enhance the shopping experience.

This role focuses on premium brand exposure, luxury customer engagement, and achieving sales targets while maintaining elegant counter presentation in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

Experience in fragrance retail sales is advantageous.
Experience in niche perfumes, luxury beauty or premium retail is a strong advantage.
Passionate about fragrances and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand and introduce customers to its unique fragrance collections.
Provide personalised fragrance consultations and recommendations.
Share fragrance notes, scent profiles and product stories with customers.
Drive sales and achieve individual and brand targets.
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain product displays, stock levels and counter presentation.
Uphold premium service standards within Sephora.
