HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. invites you to join a premium French niche fragrance brand as a Beauty Advisor in Orchard.

You will provide personalised fragrance consultations, guide customers through scent profiles, and showcase exclusive collections to boost sales. With a 5-day week (Wed-Sun) and 44 hours, you’ll enjoy a competitive monthly salary plus incentives. Prior luxury beauty or fragrance experience is preferred, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential to deliver

Qualifications

Prior retail fragrance sales experience is highly preferred.
Experience in luxury beauty, niche fragrances or premium retail is an advantage.
Passionate about perfumes, fragrance storytelling and customer engagement.
Well-groomed, confident and professional with strong communication skills.
Sales-driven, service-oriented and comfortable working weekends.

Responsibilities

Represent a premium French niche fragrance brand within a leading beauty retailer.
Provide personalised fragrance consultations and recommendations.
Introduce customers to unique scent profiles and fragrance collections.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
