Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a senior Controls Engineering professional to lead CCMS/CCMS Niagara platform management, optimization of HVAC controls and energy performance across a diverse property in Singapore.

You will own Niagara technology adoption, system integration, fault diagnostics and digital twin initiatives, partnering with operations and facilities engineering to deliver resilient, efficient building performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering discipline.
• Niagara Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• PM certification (PMP or similar) is preferred.
• Building Automation and Controls certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Niagara programming, configuration, development and troubleshooting.
• Develop, maintain and improve CCMS graphics, dashboards and user interfaces.
• Perform system integration with HVAC, electrical, metering and third-party systems.
• Lead troubleshooting of BACnet, Modbus and IP communication issues.
• Review and optimize system architecture for reliability and scalability.
