Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen/Facilities Support staff to maintain two cookery rooms, assist in lesson prep, and ensure safety.

You will perform daily cleaning, inventory, receiving food from vendors, and standby during practicals; requires WSQ Level 1, 3+ years experience, good interpersonal skills.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years' relevant working experience.
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certificate.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Good food hygiene and kitchen safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare materials for cookery lessons, practicals, assessments, and ALP programmes.
• Daily maintenance, cleaning, and sanitising of two cookery rooms, preparation room, and container cabin.
• Clean and tidy cookery rooms.
• Update teachers on perishables and dry goods for ordering.
• Maintain and update inventories of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Filing and compile documents in cookery rooms.
• Assist in receiving food from vendors.
• Report facility issues/safety risks to FCE/NFS Coordinator.
• Standby during practical sessions to assist teachers.
• Check kitchens are locked and electricity/gas turned off after class.
• Any duties assigned by the school.

Working hour

• Mon to Thurs: 7.15 am to 4.15 pm
• Fri: 7.15 am to 3.45 pm

Key Roles
