Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated kitchen hygiene assistant to support school dining and lab areas. You will clean and sanitise kitchens and workrooms, manage linen and waste, receive deliveries, and ensure all utensils and equipment are properly stored.

You will follow teachers’ instructions to prepare ingredients and assist in practical lessons. During School Holidays, you will conduct thorough cleaning, stock checks, expiry checks, and prepare labs for the new term,

Competenze

• At least one year of relevant working experience.
• WSQ FSC Level 1 certification is required.
• GCE N Level or equivalent qualification.

Mansioni

• Clean and sanitise kitchens, workrooms, tables, sinks and floors.
• Manage kitchen linen and waste disposal.
• Check and replenish cleaning supplies.
• Receive and organise food deliveries.
• Ensure utensils, cutlery and equipment are stored properly.
• Prepare ingredients and equipment per teachers' instructions.
• Provide operational support during practical lessons with FIFO for food safety.
• During school holidays: deep cleaning, stock checks and lab preparation.

Key Roles

School Days:

• Clean and sanitise kitchens, workrooms, tables, sinks, cookers, ovens, grills, floors, and other work areas
• Manage kitchen linen and waste disposal
• Check and replenish cleaning supplies
• Receive and organise food deliveries
• Ensure utensils, cutlery, and equipment are complete and properly stored
• Prepare ingredients and equipment per teachers' instructions
• Provide operational support during practical lessons; ensure food safety using the First In First Out principle

School Holidays:

• Conduct thorough cleaning/sanitisation; clear expired food; stock-take equipment/dry ingredients; check expiry dates/quantities; update stock records; clear storage areas; replace drawer linings/tablecloths; prepare labs for the new term
• Assist OM with QMS duties

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant working experience
• WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1
• GCE N Level or equivalent

Working Hours: Mon–Thu 7:00am–4:00pm; Fri 7:00am–3:30pm
