Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an organised Order Fulfillment Specialist in Singapore to handle end-to-end customer order processing, verify details, and ensure timely fulfilment.

You will coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse teams, monitor order status in the OMS, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate operational records while supporting peak-period needs.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented with accuracy in processing orders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and customers.
• Willingness to undergo cross-functional training in order processing, logistics and warehouse operations.
