Aon Singapore is seeking a Sales Associate to drive new business within the Corporate and Commercial segments. You will develop opportunities, build client pipelines, and present risk and insurance solutions to potential clients.

You will work with local and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage proposals and tender responses, and strive to meet individual and CRS growth targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in general insurance.
• Sales-driven with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Creative and lateral thinking to solve client problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new sales for Aon Singapore with focus on MNCs and Large Corporates.
• Execute Local Market Plans and build a pipeline of opportunities in Corporate and Commercial segments.
• Search for new clients via social platforms, calls, and direct marketing; convert leads to sales.
• Demonstrate risk and insurance expertise to solve clients' problems.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to bring best of Aon to clients.
• Prepare proposals, tender responses, and quality presentations with bid management.
• Facilitate cross-selling activities and achieve sales targets.
