Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a driven outbound sales and client relations professional to call qualified leads, guide prospects through account opening and core journeys, and deliver proactive retention care for high-net-worth clients.

You will prioritise leads, tailor pitches, handle objections, and escalate when needed, while reporting recurring issues for service improvement; 3–5 years’ experience in wealth management, banking or fintech is preferred, with regulatory training

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of outbound sales or client relations experience.
• Proven record of meeting sales conversion or retention targets.
• Clear and simple explanation of financial concepts; no investment advice.

Responsibilities

• Call qualified leads and prospects to introduce the platform and guide through account opening and core journeys.
• Provide retention and client care throughout the client lifecycle.
• Contact inactive or at-risk clients to understand needs and explain platform features and incentives.
• Support high net worth clients with appropriate service and guidance.
• Prioritise leads and decide when/how to approach them using data/list guidance.
• Adapt pitch and tone to client experience and interests; select relevant features and materials.
• Escalate retention cases to a manager when needed.
• Identify recurring objections and process gaps; report for service improvements.

The Job:

• Call qualified leads and prospects to introduce the platform and key propositions; guide interested prospects through account opening and core journeys


• Retention and client care


• Contact inactive or at-risk clients to understand their needs, explain relevant platform features, incentives and support, and understand reasons for attrition


• High net worth clients


• Decide which leads, prospects and at-risk clients to prioritise, and when and how to approach them, using the data and lead lists provided


• Adapt the pitch and tone to the client's experience level and interests, choosing which platform features, services and approved marketing materials to communicate.


• Decide when a retention case needs to be escalated to a manager or the appropriate team


• Identify recurring objections, attrition reasons and process gaps, and report them for improvement

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in outbound sales, client relations or business development, ideally in wealth management, banking, fintech or insurance.


• Proven record of meeting sales conversion or retention targets.


• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset


• Able to explain financial concepts simply and accurately without straying into investment advice


• Willing to complete all required regulatory and compliance training.
