Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a production-quality technician to ensure adherence to quality processes and to resolve production issues. The role requires reading drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs, plus accurate documentation of inspections.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on assembly and troubleshooting experience, torque verification skills, and the ability to escalate and communicate quality concerns effectively. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience applying quality processes and work instructions
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOMs
• Hands-on assembly and troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with wiring harness installation standards
• Strong visual inspection and torque verification
• Ability to complete inspection records accurately
• Experience escalating quality issues per protocol

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Apply advanced assembly and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve production issues.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, wire lists, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Install pre-labelled wiring harnesses accurately in accordance with Work Instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections, verify component torque, and apply torque markings where required.
• Complete Quality Checklists and accurately update inspection records in the relevant database.
• Respond to production line quality concerns, identify and document deficiencies, and initiate rework where necessary.
• Escalate quality issues through the appropriate channels and collaborate with team members to resolve production and quality concerns.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
