UNITECH CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Security Engineer to provide Level 2 production support for network and security infrastructure, manage incidents, changes, and vulnerabilities, and harden security systems across routers, firewalls, VPNs, and IDS technologies.

The role covers DNS/DHCP management, CMDB upkeep, security SOP documentation, and guidance to Level 1 teams. It requires timely incident response and collaboration on security projects within a Singapore environment.

Formación

• Experience in incident handling and change management.
• Ability to harden and maintain network security infrastructure.
• Monitoring and maintaining documentation of security SOPs and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Production Level 2 support for network and security infrastructure.
• Handle incident, request and change management.
• Vulnerability remediation and security hardening of devices.
• DNS/DHCP management and CMDB upkeep.
• Provide technical guidance to Level 1 teams and security awareness programs.
• Respond to security incidents and update security systems as needed.
• Support network security project implementations.
