UNITECH CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced cybersecurity engineer to provide Level 2 operational support for network and security infrastructure in a financial services environment in Singapore.

You will handle incident management, vulnerability remediation, firewall and proxy management, and remote access support to ensure availability and security of IT systems. The role requires hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network devices, plus the ability to guide Level 1

Formación

• 6+ years of IT systems/infrastructure experience, including ~2 years in a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/VPN architectures.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, proxies, VPNs, routers, and IDS/IPS.
• Experience in incident management, change management, vulnerability remediation, and hardening.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and on-call support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 production support for network and cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Manage security incidents, service requests, and changes per ITSM processes.
• Perform vulnerability remediation and security hardening of network infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, proxies, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and related security tech.
• Support LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, and DHCP operations; monitor performance.
• Assist in installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of network security devices.
• Support security projects and infrastructure upgrades.
