Job summary

Global Financial Institution in Singapore seeks an ICT Security Operations Analyst / Network Security Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network and security infrastructure across a RUN environment. You will handle incidents, perform vulnerability remediation, hardening and project work while coordinating with global time zones.

The role requires strong experience in firewalls (Fortinet/ FortiGate, Check Point), VPN/Remote Access, IDS/IPS, DNS/DHCP, and production support.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise network-security infrastructure under RUN/production conditions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and incident-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 production support for network and security infrastructure.
Manage security incidents, service requests and changes.
Investigate and respond to security incidents including phishing, malware and other security events.
Perform vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening.
Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, IPS/IDS, proxies, VPNs and remote-access solutions.
Manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
Support network-security implementation and enhancement projects.
Maintain security SOPs, procedures, documentation and knowledge articles.
Maintain network-security assets and CMDB records.
Provide technical guidance and escalation support to L1 teams.
Support security upgrades and continuous operational improvements.
