Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Level 2 support for mission critical 24x7 production.
• Experience in handling P1/P2 incidents.
• Knowledge of IM8 compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments using Nessus.
• Manage patch management readiness.
