Job summary

The HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Operations professional in Singapore to monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and timely incident response.

You will lead health checks, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and document outcomes for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of experience in network operations, hands-on Cisco routing and switching, and familiarity with Palo Alto, Check Point, or F5 security

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in network operations or managed services.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (routing, switching).
• Experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, or F5 technologies.
• Familiar with ITIL-based service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational monitoring and health checks of network infrastructure and services.
• End-to-end incident resolution in accordance with SLAs.
• Produce monthly service reports and performance metrics.
• Manage vulnerability and patch reporting for network devices.
• Maintain network documentation and CMDB records.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to restore services quickly.
• Conduct RCA for major or recurring incidents.
