Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
Advanced knowledge of network architecture, routing protocols, switching technologies, and TCP/IP networking.
Proficiency with enterprise networking equipment from Cisco/Juniper or equivalent.
Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access control implementations.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
Understanding of cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
CCNA/CCNP or equivalent preferred, scripting (Python/Ansible) a plus.
Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities

Design and implement network solutions that support organizational growth.
Install, configure, and maintain enterprise networking equipment (Cisco/Juniper).
Monitor performance, analyze trends, and proactively prevent outages.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and coordinate incident response.
Implement and manage network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs).
Maintain documentation and configuration standards; develop best practices.
Collaborate with IT operations, security, and application teams to align networks with business objectives.
Evaluate new networking technologies and tools to enhance capabilities.
Support upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
Provide user guidance on network connectivity and performance.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
