Job summary

ScienTec Consulting is hiring a Network Project Manager to ensure reliability, security, and smooth operations of IT systems hosted in on‑prem data centres and GCC. The role covers infrastructure operations, incident management, maintenance, cloud support, vendor management and budgets.

Responsibilities include supporting 24x7 network operations, maintaining security and policy compliance, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet SLAs. Hybrid work setup in Clarke Quay, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience with network, servers, and Windows/Linux, plus cloud operations (GCC, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Provide network support for on-prem and AWS systems operating 24x7.
• Ensure optimal network performance and minimal downtime.
• Maintain high levels of network availability, security, and compliance with gov IT policies.
• Manage maintenance, firmware upgrades, and security fixes for network equipment in on‑prem and GCC.
• Support office renovations and relocations including LAN/WAN cabling.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and service providers to meet SLAs.
• Prepare status reports and present insights to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Maintain operational docs and SOPs including deployment procedures and incident response protocols.
• Manage project budgeting, billing, cost tracking and cost recovery activities.
• Resolve day‑to‑day IT issues across network, applications, infrastructure and security.
• Handle ad-hoc admin tasks, logistics and maintenance coordination.
• Support rollout of new IT infrastructure components and applications.
