Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Project Manager to ensure reliability, security, and smooth IT operations across on-prem and GCC/AWS environments. The role covers incident management, cloud support, vendor and budget management, and cross‑functional coordination.

The position requires 4–6 years in enterprise IT infrastructure for network services, with hands-on experience in network, servers, OS, and cloud operations. Hybrid work setup with Clarke Quay office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in designing, deploying and managing enterprise IT infrastructure for network services.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies with focus on infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure including network, servers, Windows/Linux, and cloud operations (GCC, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Provide network support for on-prem data centres and GCC/AWS. Systems operate 24x7.
• Ensure optimal network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and minimise downtime.
• Maintain high levels of network availability, security, and policy compliance.
• Manage maintenance, firmware upgrades, and security fixes for network equipment in on‑prem and GCC/AWS.
• Support office renovations and relocations including LAN/WAN and cabling works.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers to meet SLAs.
• Prepare status reports and present insights to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs including deployment procedures and runbooks.
• Manage project budgeting, billing, cost tracking and recovery activities.
• Resolve day-to-day IT issues related to network, applications, infrastructure and security.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks including logistics and maintenance coordination.
• Support rollout of new IT infrastructure components and deployments for smooth operations.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties to ensure uninterrupted operations.
