Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations professional to manage hybrid environments (on‑premise and cloud) ensuring high availability and security across development, staging, and production.

You will lead infrastructure projects, coordinate with vendors, handle incident management and DR exercises, and drive improvements in governance and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments (On-premise/Cloud).
• Working experience in AWS/Azure Cloud Management, with IaC to automate provisioning and configuration management.
• Experience in infrastructure project delivery, vendor management, incident management, and disaster recovery planning would be advantageous.
• Prior experience supporting public sector or government environments will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms across development, staging, and production environments to ensure high availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Lead infrastructure projects, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination to deliver reliable and secure IT services.
• Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, system monitoring, and security vulnerability remediation to ensure operational excellence.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery (DR) exercises, IT resilience initiatives, and compliance activities in accordance with policies and security standards.
• Ensure infrastructure services meet availability, capacity, continuity, and governance requirements while driving continuous improvements.
