Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 4–6 years of enterprise network infrastructure experience.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support for on-prem data centres and GCC (AWS). 24x7 operations.
• Maintain high network availability and security per government IT policies.
• Perform maintenance, firmware upgrades and security fixes on network gear.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.
• Prepare status reports and document SOPs for deployments and incident response.
